Non-profit leadership comes with many challenges. From developing a new process, working through roadblocks, or navigating relationships, it can be exhausting to find solutions alone.
I provide one-on-one virtual consultation to help non-profit leaders work through challenges as quickly as possible. Together, we’ll develop real actionable steps to apply immediately, without the need to sift through internet searches, or long reports for answers.
Everything starts with a free 30-minute Zoom or phone call to talk about where you’d like extra support and decide if I can help. Sometimes that’s all you’ll need to work through a concern.
If we decide to work together, we’ll discuss the outcomes you’d like to achieve, how often we’ll meet, and the steps we’ll follow. All sessions are based on an hourly rate with virtual meetings scheduled at a time that works for both of us. Ongoing sessions will be entirely at your discretion.

Unfortunately, I don’t offer services or planning for fundraising or grant writing.
My knowledge and advice come from 20+ years working on the front lines of non-profits. My knowledge and skills are not theory. They come from real experience. I hold a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor or Fine Arts, and a Certificate in Local Government Administration. I’m a certified facilitator, a former board member, a current executive director, and a non-profit volunteer.
